What is the return policy?
At Gadget Tech Ireland, you can return most items within 14 days of delivery if they're unused, in original condition, and in their packaging. Just contact us with your order number to start the return. We’ll cover return shipping if the item is faulty or incorrect; otherwise, the customer is responsible. Refunds or exchanges are processed within 5 business days after we receive the item. Please note, some items like gift cards or opened earphones can't be returned unless faulty.
When will I get my order?
We aim to deliver your order within 2–5 working days across Ireland. All orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday to Friday), and you'll receive tracking information once your item is shipped. Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods, but we always work to get your tech to you as quickly as possible.
